About Bookmarks
What bookmarks are, why they are useful, and how they help your organization collect and organize important information for long-term use.
About Bookmarks
Bookmarks let you save documents and articles that are worth keeping for later — whether for research, reporting, or ongoing monitoring. Instead of losing track of a relevant article after closing a search, you can bookmark it and come back to it at any time.
Navigate toNews → Bookmarksfrom the main menu to view your organization's bookmark collections.
What Is a Bookmark?
ABookmarkis a saved reference to a document or article. It stores the title, URL, and a short excerpt of the content so you can quickly recognize what you saved and why it matters.
What Is a Bookmark Collection?
ABookmark Collectionis a named group of bookmarks that belong together. Collections let you organize your bookmarks by topic, project, campaign, or any other grouping that makes sense for your work — for example,Competitor Mentions,Q3 Reports, orMarket Research.
You can have as many collections as you need, and each collection can hold an unlimited number of bookmarks.
Why Use Bookmarks?
- Don't lose important information. When you find a relevant article during a search, bookmark it immediately — it will be there when you need it.
- Organize by topic or project.Group related documents into named collections to keep your research structured.
- Analyze later.Bookmarked documents can be sent to AI analysis at any time — individually or in bulk — to generate summaries, ask questions, or extract insights. SeeAnalyzing Bookmarksfor details.
- Shared across your organization.Bookmarks and bookmark collections are visible to all members of your organization, making it easy to share findings with colleagues without any extra steps.
Shared Across the Organization
UnlikeNotes, which are personal and only visible to you, bookmarks areorganization-wide. Every member of your organization can view, use, and add to any bookmark collection. This makes bookmarks the right tool for sharing important findings and building a shared knowledge base that the whole team can draw on.
Bookmarks can be saved directly from search results — seeUsing Search Resultsfor details.
