Analysis Results
How to read and work with analysis results — understanding what is included, checking errors, saving templates, resending for analysis, and sharing results with colleagues.
Analysis Results
After submitting documents for analysis, results stream back progressively as the AI model completes each part. The results dialog stays open during processing and updates automatically.
What Is in the Results
The results home screen shows tiles for each type of output that was requested. Tiles are enabled only when results are available; tiles that are still processing show a progress indicator.
| Result type | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Document Summaries | Summaries and question answers about the document content |
| Comment Summaries | Summaries and question answers about the comments section |
| Comments | The raw comments collected, with filtering, segmentation, word cloud, sentiment, and trend charts |
| Word Cloud | A visual representation of the most common words in the comments |
| Reactions | Aggregated reactions (likes and other emoji responses) for each document |
| Interactions | Time-series charts of engagement metrics (views, shares, etc.) |
| Entities | Named entities (people, organisations, locations) extracted from the document and/or comments |
Click any tile to open that result view. Use the back arrow in the header to return to the home screen.
Checking Errors and Status
To see the detailed processing log and check for errors:
- From the results home screen, scroll to theMore optionssection.
- ClickStatus.
The Status view lists every processing step with its outcome. Failed steps are highlighted with a warning icon. Reviewing this log is the best way to understand why a particular result is missing or incomplete.
A warning icon also appears on the Status tile on the home screen if any step failed, so you can notice issues at a glance.
Saving Results as a Template
After an analysis completes, you can save its configuration as a reusable template so you can apply the same options again later:
- From the results home screen, scroll to theMore optionssection.
- ClickSave as template.
- Enter a descriptive name and confirm.
The template is saved and becomes available to all members of your organisation. SeeAnalysis Templatesfor more details.
Resending for Analysis
If results are incomplete, you want to rerun the analysis with the same documents and options, or if something failed, useResend:
- Wait for the current analysis to finish (the Resend option is only available after the analysis completes).
- From the results home screen, scroll to theMore optionssection.
- ClickResend.
A new analysis job is created with the exact same documents and configuration. A fresh results dialog opens for the new run.
Sharing Results with Colleagues
Every analysis result has a permanent link that can be shared with any member of your organisation. The link opens the result dialog directly, so colleagues can review findings without navigating through the application.
To copy the link:
- From the results home screen, scroll to theMore optionssection.
- ClickCopy link.
The URL is copied to your clipboard. Paste it into a message, email, or any internal channel. Anyone in your organisation who has access to the News module can open the link and view the results.
The link is internal to your organisation. It is not publicly accessible and cannot be used to share results outside of your organisation.
Minimizing the Results Dialog
If you want to continue using the application while a long analysis is still running, click theMinimizebutton (arrow-down icon) in the top corner of the results dialog. The analysis continues in the background and appears in the minimized analysis bar at the bottom of the screen. Click it there to reopen the results at any time.
Analysis results are generated using the AI vendors configured for your organisation and may consume credits. SeeCreditsfor details.
