About Analysis
What the Analysis section is for, how to reach it, and how to add URLs or files to start an AI-powered analysis of documents.
About Analysis
The Analysis section lets you submit one or more documents — web pages, social media posts, videos, files, or any other supported content — to an AI model for in-depth examination. You can generate summaries, ask targeted questions, analyse comments and reactions, extract named entities, and more, all in a single analysis run.
Go toNews → Analysisto get started.
What Analysis Is Good At
- Summarizing long articles or multiple documents into concise bullet points or paragraphs.
- Answering specific questions about the content of one or more documents.
- Analysing social media comments associated with a post or article — sentiment, segmentation, translation, word cloud, and more.
- Identifying entities (people, organisations, places) mentioned in the content.
- Running the same structured analysis repeatedly with savedtemplates.
Adding Documents
On the Analysis page, you can provide documents as URLs or uploaded files.
Adding URLs
- Go toNews → Analysis.
- Type or paste a URL into one of the input fields. The system will fetch a preview of the page when you leave the field.
- To add more URLs, clickAdd URL. You can add up to 10 URLs in one analysis run.
- If you recently copied a URL to your clipboard, the page will suggest pasting it automatically — click the suggestion bar to add it.
Uploading Files
- ClickAdd document(upload icon).
- Select a file from your device. Supported formats include PDF, text documents, and other readable file types.
- The file is uploaded and shown alongside any URLs you have added.
To remove any entry, click the×button next to it.
Once you have added at least one URL or file, clickAnalyzeto proceed to the analysis configuration dialog.
Choosing How to Configure the Analysis
After clickingAnalyze, a dialog opens where you configure what the AI should do with the documents. There are three ways to set up the analysis:
- Templates— Pick a previously saved analysis template and apply its settings in one click. Ideal when you run the same type of analysis regularly. SeeAnalysis Templates.
- Wording (LLM Wizard)— Describe in plain language what you want to achieve (for example:"Summarise the article and list the key arguments"). The system uses an AI model to translate your description into a full set of analysis options automatically.
- Detailed— Configure every option manually. Choose exactly which document and comment analyses to enable, set detail levels, add questions, configure segmentation, and more. SeeAnalysis Options.
After the analysis is submitted, results are streamed back as they are produced. SeeAnalysis Resultsfor a full guide to working with the output.
Analysis results are generated using the AI vendors configured for your organisation and may consume credits. SeeCreditsfor details.
