How to switch between organisations you are a member of.

Switching Organisations

If you are a member of more than one organisation, you can switch between them at any time using the account menu in thetop-right cornerof the application.

How to Switch

  1. Click on youraccount buttonin the top-right corner — it displays your current organisation name and your user name.
  2. A dropdown menu opens. Under theOrganisationssection, all organisations you belong to are listed. The currently active one is highlighted.
  3. Click the name of the organisation you want to switch to.

The application will reload with the selected organisation's data.

Before You Switch

Important:Before switching organisations, navigate to a general page such as theHomepage first. If you switch while viewing a resource that belongs to the current organisation — such as a specific dashboard, entity project, alert rule, or similar — the application may show an error because that resource does not exist in the other organisation.
