title: Subscriptions
description: How to subscribe to modules and manage your organization's active subscriptions.
---

# Subscriptions

Access to individual modules is controlled through subscriptions. Each module is billed separately on a monthly basis, so your organization only pays for the capabilities it needs. You can subscribe to new modules or cancel existing ones at any time from the [**Subscription**]({APP_HOST}/settings/subscription) settings page.

> **Note:** Only organization owners and members with the appropriate **[User Role](../settings/user-management)** can manage subscriptions.

## Viewing Active Subscriptions

Navigate to [**Settings → Subscription**]({APP_HOST}/settings/subscription). The **Subscribed modules** table lists every module your organization currently has access to, along with its expiry date and monthly price.

## Subscribing to a New Module

1. Go to [**Settings → Subscription**]({APP_HOST}/settings/subscription).
2. In the **Available modules** table, locate the module you want. Each row shows the module name and its monthly price in EUR.
3. To subscribe to a single module, click the **Enable** button on its row.
To subscribe to several modules at once, tick the checkboxes next to each one and then click the **Enable (N)** button that appears below the table.
4. A confirmation dialog opens showing the selected modules and their prices. Review the selection and click **Buy** to proceed.
5. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, you are returned to the application and the new modules become active immediately.

## Cancelling a Subscription

1. Go to [**Settings → Subscription**]({APP_HOST}/settings/subscription).
2. In the **Subscribed modules** table, find the module you want to remove.
3. Click the **Remove** button on that row and confirm the prompt.

The module will be deactivated for your organization. Any data associated with it remains intact and will be accessible again if you re-subscribe.

## Subscription Limits

Below the module tables, the **Limits** section shows the usage limits that apply to your organization. Some limits reflect plan defaults while others may be overridden for your organization specifically. Contact support if you need a limit adjusted.
