How to set and update your organization's billing address.
Billing Address
Your organization's billing information is used for invoicing purposes. Keeping it accurate ensures that your invoices are correctly addressed and VAT is applied properly.
Where to Find It
Navigate toOrganizationsettingsby clicking your organization name. Scroll down to theBilling Informationsection.
Setting Your Billing Address
Fill in the following fields underBilling Information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Billing Name | The legal name of the entity to be invoiced (e.g. company name). |
| VAT Number | Your organization's VAT identification number, if applicable. |
| Billing Address | The structured address to appear on invoices — including street, city, postal code, and country. |
Once you have filled in the fields, clickSaveto apply the changes.
Notes
- TheBilling Addresseditor may offer typeahead suggestions for municipalities and streets based on the selected country.
- If no billing information is provided, invoices may be generated without a billing address.
- Only organization owners and members with the appropriateUser Rolecan modify organization details.
