How to register and sign in to the application using your SSO account.

Registration & Sign-In

The application is available atapp.topintel.pro. Anyone can register and sign in at any time — no invitation required. An invitation is only needed when you want to join anexisting organisationthat someone else has already created.

Registering

  1. Go toapp.topintel.pro.
  2. ClickSign inand choose your identity provider — you can use yourpersonalorworkaccount:
    • Google— personal Gmail or Google Workspace
    • Microsoft— personal Microsoft account or a corporate Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) account
  3. Complete the sign-in flow with your chosen provider (credentials, MFA, etc.).
  4. On your first sign-in the application creates your account automatically and guides you through the initial setup.

Creating Your Own Organisation

After signing in for the first time you can create your own organisation. An organisation is the workspace that holds your subscriptions, modules, and team members.

Joining an Existing Organisation

If a colleague or administrator has already set up an organisation and wants to add you, they will send you an invitation link. Click the link, sign in with your SSO account, and you will automatically join the organisation with the role they assigned you.

Switching Organisations

If you are a member of more than one organisation, you can switch between them using the account menu in the top-right corner. SeeSwitching Organisationsfor details and important advice before switching.

Signing In

On subsequent visits, simply go toapp.topintel.pro, clickSign in, and authenticate with the same identity provider you used when you registered. You will be redirected to thehome pageupon success.

Troubleshooting

I Can't Sign In

  • Use the same provider you registered with— signing in with a different provider will not find your existing account.
  • Browser compatibility— use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
  • Clear browser cache— if you encounter persistent issues, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

I Forgot My Password

Passwords are managed entirely by your identity provider (Google or Microsoft). Use the"Forgot password?"flow on your provider's sign-in page to reset it.

Multi-Factor Authentication Issues

MFA is configured in your identity provider, not in the application. If you have MFA problems:

  • Ensure your authenticator app or security key is set up correctly.
  • Check that your device clock is synchronised.
  • Contact your Google or Microsoft account administrator to reset MFA.

Security Best Practices

  • Log out when finished— always log out after your session, especially on shared computers.
  • Enable MFA on your SSO account— protecting your Google or Microsoft account with MFA is the single most effective way to secure your access.
  • Access the app only via the official URLapp.topintel.pro.
